These terms apply when you enquire about or enrol in a programme run by MHI Life Transformation LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean MHI Life Transformation LLC, and "you" means the person enquiring or enrolling.
By submitting an enquiry or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
We run a 90 day in person health and fitness programme in Palm Beach County, Florida. Training is delivered in person at a partner gym with a coach. The programme is built around your starting point and your goals, which we discuss with you before you enrol.
We do not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes depend on many things outside our control, including your attendance, your effort, and your individual circumstances.
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol.
Exercise carries risk. You should speak to a physician before starting this or any exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or have been inactive for a long period.
By taking part you confirm that you are medically fit to do so and that you accept the risks that come with physical training. You agree to tell your coach about any medical condition, injury or medication that could affect your safety, and to stop and seek help if you feel unwell.
Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Submitting the enquiry form does not enrol you and does not commit you to anything. We call you to discuss the programme and whether it is a fit. Enrolment happens only after that conversation, and only when you agree to it.
The fee for the 90 day programme is the amount quoted to you at enrolment. Payment is taken by card through our payment processor.
At the end of the 90 days, membership continues on a monthly basis at the monthly rate quoted to you at enrolment, and is charged each month to the card you have on file, until you cancel it in line with the section below.
We will tell you before your enrolment is confirmed exactly what you will be charged, when each charge will be taken, and how often. If we change our fees, we will give you notice before the change takes effect.
You can cancel your monthly membership by giving us 30 days written notice by email to the address at the bottom of this page. Your membership, and your access to sessions, continues during that 30 day notice period, and one further monthly charge is taken to cover it.
The 90 day programme is a fixed term. If you stop attending during those 90 days, the fee for the term remains payable.
Because sessions are booked and coaching time is reserved for you, fees are generally not refundable once a term has started. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it in good faith.
Sessions are scheduled with your coach. If you cannot attend, tell your coach as early as you can so the time can be reallocated. Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled or credited.
You agree to follow the rules of any partner gym you train at, to treat coaches and other members with respect, and to follow reasonable safety instructions. We may end your membership without refund if you behave in a way that puts others at risk.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you in connection with these terms and the programme is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will tell you when they were last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
